I received a letter today. It says:" Preliminary processing of the above application or petition has been completed. and it has been transfered to the IRS office in Nebraska Service Center. The center will notify you when they schedule on interview." Can you help understand what dose this mean?? 我是不是要去面谈？面谈完能发GC吗？我申请的是EB2, 当时没交我先生的申请，现在交是不是来不及了？Many thanks!!
