Minutes after sending faxes to NSC about my spouse's pending EAD application (which is pending more than 3 months), I checked my email and found the approval emails for both me and my spouse. The mail arrived at 6:15PM (no LUD during the day). Finally greened after almost 13 years in USA and it is on the St. Patrick's day. I am one of those had LUDs on Mar. 6, 7, 10 and 13th. (no LUD for spouse's application). I called NSC on Mar. 6th and was told the application was assigned to an officer. I am sure the fellows with LUD on Mar. 6, 7, 10 and 13th will green soon.

Stuck in BEC for quite some time and the labor was approved on 9/30/2005 one day before the retrogression starts. Name check is not cleared yet according to the NSC representative as of Mar 6th. So the memo definitely works.
To said the truth, I am numbed after so many years of waiting. Hardly feel any joy after getting something you deserve long time ago. I am fortunate to work for a good company so that I do not have to worry about changing employer for all these years.
I got a lot of support and information from this forum. Good luck to all of you. Unite and fight for the unfair visa bulletin.
