Just called TSC at 11:15 am EST. The lady told me that my record shows that no visa number available for now, and asked me to call back if not receiving anything by May 1.

My info: TSC, EB2, PD 2003.9.30, 140/485 RD 2006.6.23, NC pending

Does it mean anything?
