To Mr. PJIANG: Lost I-140 approval notice & I-485 receipt notice staple992008-03-19 18:45:11

Mr. PJIANG,

I have got my green card. When I organized my files last night, I found that I lost both my original I-140 approval notice and my original I-485 receipt notice. I still have my I-485 welcome notice and I-485 transfer notice.

Is it a serious problem for losing I-140 approval notice? Do I need to ask for a replacement from USCIS?
