急问： PERM Special Handling for professional or university? stillmm 文学城

我的学校没有登广告在professional journal 上，只才一些学术网站上登 ad。现在我已开始上班和办PERM，但律师说不能用Special Handling (within 18months since the offer letter date)，因为我们没有adcertise in professional journal。但是我有一位同事去年办同样的情况，律师就给办了。是不是我们之前不告诉律师，他们也就不会去查是否 professional journal ad? Does anyone know about Special Handling and give me some suggestions? Do we need to restart advertisement and do Normal PERM? Thanks.
