I submitted my I-140 as EB-1A in Dec 2007 and got a letter for REF from NSC. Please give me suggestions and advice on this, and how do you think about my case?

Researchers are expected to publish articles discussing their research and present their findings in different forums, which provide for the dissemination of the work.
