Help! Got RFE, but it refers to other case! maxwall 文学城

刚刚收到I-140 RFE, 但是要求的东西不是我的,律师说需重新交申请因为移民官可能找不到我的申请了.
请问这种情况怎么处理?? 需要重新交费吗? 申请日期会不会重新计算?

看一下RFE上面的案件号有没有错，如果错，是发出时装错了信封
