My hu*****and and I are in Sweden now. my hu*****and got H1 approved in US, since they applyed for me together with him so I think I have got my H4 status as well, now we have to apply for stamping the visa here in Sweden. my hu*****and will start working in US in September, but my problem is I would like to stay a little longer here to finish my phD degree. Can we do like this: he apply for visa stamping first and I do this two to three months later ? Is there more risk for me to get the visa rejected if I apply later by my own than we apply together( I'm studying biochemistry)?
