My name check is still pending(almost two years now) after my local congressman office's inquiry this month. But I got an update email from CRIS about "Current Status: Card production ordered." The following is my timeline
05/2006: I-130, I-485 submitted
08/2006: passed interview but name check pending
renew EAD&AP last year. Inquiry mail to First Lady but no help except telling me my name check is pending. Contacted local congressman office and they have been very helpful on checking my NC status once a while because they can directly get in touch with FBI and USCIS on the phone.

Here is my question though. This week is actually my two-year anniversary but I got that "Card production" update last week. Does this mean I will get a 2-year temp card or a 10-year one? Any body has similar experience before? And my I-130 still stays pending? Is that normal?
