My temporary green card (through marriage) will be expired this summer. This would be a straight forward case if my hu*****and and I are living together. Right now and in the next two years we have jobs in different states, thus living in defferent states. We do visit each other very often (once every other week, and we have all these flight tickets). We also call each other all the time. It is definitely not a marriage for green card case, but living seperately is definitely an issue for renewing the green card. Are there any suggestions for filing renewing the green card? Do we need a lawyer? if so, how much would that cost? if not necessary, could anybody give some ideas what the procedure of renewing the green card will be? what do we have to do? or any suggestions at all?
