In Number 23. "My current individual annual income is", which one should I enter?
A) My individual annual income in the most recent tax year (2007)
B) My individual annual income in current ongoing year (2008)

The reason why I ask Question 1 is all my annual income in the three most recent years is smaller than 125%*Proverty Guidelines. However, my current annual income(in 2008) is higher than 125%*Proverty Guideline of 2008 since I started a new contract in January 2008. Showing the tax returns for the three most recent years cannot represent my ability to support the family to USCIS. Besides attaching my current contract and paycheck copies, what should I do? Any suggesions are welcomed.
