Hello, please help on my case:
I have an approved EB3 RIR based I-140 with a PD of Dec. 2002, my wife has an approved EB2 RIR based I-140 with a PD of March 27th, 2005.
Our I-485 were filed in April 2007, together with my wife's I-140, with PD of March 27, 2005. They are still pending because of the regression of the PD.
Now, we know that the PD of my EB3 based I-140 (Dec. 2002) is current, and we don't know how long it is going to take for my wife's EB2 based PD (March 27th, 2005) becomes current, and we are thinking to relink/transfer my PD (Dec. 2002) to our current I-485, the trick here is that we have two different PDs from two different persons, is it possible that we can write a letter to ask for relinking? or we have to file two different I-485 and pay it again? Or it is better to just wait for my wife's PD becoming current?
Please advice...
