Sept., 2004 (I-485, VSC)
I-140 approved Januarr, 2005.
Then long waiting, called VSC many times, same answers each time:NC!!!
VSC to TSC, May, 2007
after that, no updates.
Infopass several times: no use, NC pending!
Wrote to congressman: wasted me a year of time. I thought that his office
could help, but not helpful at all. Tell me the same answers I was heard many times.
Stopped contacting the congressman, but wrote to first lady.
First lady was very helpful, FBI had a response after 4 months: NC pending still. Corrupt FBI: what are you doing there?! You take our tax dollars and can not complete a name check for over 3 years?! Ridiculous!
Wrote to senator, very helpful. His office sent me the response from both FBI and USCIS.
It is Election Year! Finally USCIS decided to do something.
Gonzales summoned FBI director to discuss name check and had a common agreement. Gonzalez: You should have done this 3 years ago!!!
I'm so glad that Gonzalez is stepping down. Let someone better do the job.

Relieved. Numb,tired of waiting for so many years.
