I lost my I94 card 天地良心笔名2008-04-16 04:13:24

For purpose of I485 interview on EB2 bases, I was told to better have my latest I94 card with me. Unfortunately, I can not locate it, but I do have a copy of the H1B1 notice to which the I94 card was attached.

Can someone please enlighten me -- 1) Do I really need the I94, as I have been using the EAD card instead of the H1B1 approval notice to which the latest I94 card was attached; and 2)If so, how can I get a "replacement" or a new "official" I94 card?
