现在是H1B签证。有一个海龟机会。The prospective employer is headquartered in US. They want me to participate the global training in US and then go back to China. The position is considered as local hire (China). I am currently holding a H1B working visa with another company. However the VP of the new company thought that I am in US for training purposes. Instead of flying me to China,then to US for training and then back to China, it makes sense to save that trip and just start the training in US right away. The question is that if I resign from current company and start with the new company, I am going to be out of status. This will have a negative effect on returning to US in the future. Am I right?
