I have a question on the resume which supported me to have the H1B petition. Because recently I need to go back to China and so need to apply H1B stampling in US embassy, my employer gave me the copies which were used for my H1-B petiton and extension. I never got a chance to look at them before until now. And I found there are some errors in the resume and consequent I129 supplement(I think it is I129 supplement ted by employer and based on my resume).

It is a little complicated. I used the my volunteer experience as part of my experience in my resume before, but I removed this one and gave my employer a new one before the H1B petition, but do not know why they still used the wrong one.

The problem is as they used the wrong resume , and that volunteer experience was actually not within the period of my OPT,so no pay for it. I just used it as part of my work experience. And a month later I got the job from that company. I listed this one also as part of my experience. But my employer's supporting letter stated both as I was employed by this company. (but one is employed and one is not) I am afraid that may cause illegal situation. Can you let me know if it will affect my H1B visa application this time in China, or later H1B transfer or even GC application? If it does, is there a way I can explain it or fix it? Thanks a lot !!!!!!!!!
