I received a letter from FBI about two months ago notifying me that the name checking is finished and the result is forwarded to CIS. My priority date (both EB1 and EB2) is current (EB2 priority is 11/2002, EB1 priority date is 08/2004) for along time (both I140s are approved). However I have not received any notice from CIS regarding to my case. I called TSC and was told that they will forward my case to a supervisor.
In general, how long it will take for CIS to process a case once the name check result is ready? What can I do to let the CIS to process my case?
