I140 RFE时，移民官要我们公司的2005，2006年的tax return. 当时没有2006年的，律
师就把tax return extension申请给附上了。但extension是从3/31/2007后半年（即到
9/31/07为止)。我们是11/27/2007 file的RFE response. 律师不知为何，没有说明
2006 tax return为何没有。他可能以为有了extension就可以了并没有注意到是半年的
extension. 移民官以2006 tax缺失并没有附加说明为由加上律师根本没有考虑我们的
net asset非常有利的因数把我们的I140 deny了。
询问了一个律师（boston一个很贵的律师所）。她说
“Unfortunately, I believe there is no basis to appeal, as you are not
allowed to submit new information now in response to the denial. You have
one opportunity to submit new evidence or a detailed explanation, as the one
below, after receiving an RFE.”
我的case本来应该很强的。公司2005net income 70w (tax return),2006 net income 76w (tax return). net asset就更多了。遇到一个破律师。看来他们连申请I140的基本都搞不懂。petition被deny了。
appeal真的不能添加任何新材料吗？去年七月交了485.真的不想从头来了。现在我们还
在联系别的律师。大家有好的给推荐一下吧。有什么地方可以问问的也麻烦告诉一下。
