准备同时file EB1 I140+I485，刚发现个问题。
在刚下载的I-485 instructions （page 5) 里说：
Form I-485 Service Center Filing Addresses:
1. Form I-485 is Based on an Underlying Form I-140, Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker:
Adjustment of status applications filed based on a concurrently filed, pending, or approved Form I-140 must be filed with the Nebraska Service Center or the Texas Service Center, depending on where the applicant lives.
根据我的住地，我理解应该是寄到TSC。
可是我在移民局网站上找到这样一个网页：

里面说：
All concurrently filed Forms I-140/I-485 should be submitted to the Nebraska Service Center effective 4/1/06.
Effective 7/24/06, all stand alone Forms I-485 based on a pending or an approved Form I-140 should be mailed directly to the Nebraska Service Center. Forms accompanying the I-485 (e.g., Form I-131 and/or I-765) should also be filed at the Nebraska Service Center.
就是说所有同时递交的I140/I485都应寄到NSC.
我应该以哪一个文件为准？会不会后者是一个过时的网页？它是我search出来的，但从现在的主页找不到该页的连接路径。
请各位大侠指教！
