请教大家。
March 2001- My mother landed in us as green card holder.
March 2001-She filed I-130 for me as unmarried child over 21 years.
July 2001- I got married.
September 2005 - I-130 was approved
2008-My mother got citizenship.
My question:
If they file new I-130 for me and my spouse, when would the priority date be on the new case? Will that back to March 2001 or will be in 2008? How long the wait will be? Both of us in US.
I think I'm very stupid but can not go back and cancel the marriage license.
