请问大侠们，我老公作为我的绿卡申请家属有ead,现在is waiting for his own H-1. if he uses his EAD now, does he have to go outside USA to activate H-1 once it's approved? When he applies for his H-1, shall he include his greencard application and EAD and AP approval notices as current immigration status documents? thanks a lot for your reply. null
