according to I-765 instructions, i have to file it to NSC since I live in Ohio. But my I-140 and I-485 were both filed to TSC and receipts were also from TSC. I-140 was approved at TSC. shall I file my I-765 to TSC? thanks
second question: I-140 approved. I-485 filed on 7/1/07. if i want to change my employer, is there anything the employer can do to stop my I-485 approval? what's the worst situation?
