There is a commercial package of Answer to RFE for NIW available. The original NIW petition was submitted to NSC. The RFE came 10 months after the submission. With two months preparation, the answer to RFE was sent out and was approved in three days.

Background of the petitioner:

Education: PhD. in Engineering, currently a postdoc
Publication: all in English, but less than 10 papers, and the citation less than 15. Not any bio- major.
Awards: one university level award, one professional society student award

This package focus on addressing the following questions which is asked in RFE:

1.Without brilliant publication and citation record, how to show your impact of your work?

2.How to demonstrate the national interest would be adversely affected if a labor certificate is required? This is an old question. Most of RFEs ask this question. This package answers this question from the perspectives of both a general applicant and a postdoc.

It should be aware that the answer to question 2 must be based on your answer to question 1. The NIW petition, per se, is a showcase that your impact to your area, which is related to national interest, is significantly larger than your American colleague. And the answer to question 2 is to reassure immigration officers that NIW is a better way to realize your impact.
