I had H1B and multiple I94 and will back to china for a month in a couple of weeks.
When I get back to usa, can I use a copy of my I797B approval notice with other support documents to apply for new I94 if the existing I94 need surrender. I hold Canadian passport, therefore there is no visa stamp needed in the passport. If without I94, we have to get a new one.
Can we keep the old valid and multiple I94?
My original I797B was filed with my chinese visa application, but it did not get returned....
I did keep and reuse it to entry from USA to Canada trip, but not from China.
Any helps are appreciated
