I currently work under H-1b, and my green card has been pending for more than 180 days. Another company would like to hire me but they do not sponsor H-1B. Also because they want me start immediately but it may take 2-3 months to get EAD, so they want to tranfer my H-1B to a third party vendor, who has a contract with them.
My question is: Is there any risks to transfer H-1B to the third party instead of to the company?
