I filed I-140 in Oct 2006 and used EAD card to work in a company. Recently, website has updated that my applicatoin is rejected. I think I need to leave USA as soon as possible. My company is helping me get an H1B. As I understand, I need to go back to China to activate my H1b visa. 但我担心我回国后, 在中国的美国使馆签证会被拒,因为我有移民倾向.Am I right?
any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
