我的情况是这样：
我的EAD将在11/2008过期。公司正申H1B and H4 (for my child)，还没拿到。
我自己办了加拿大绿卡，还有几个星期必须landing, 否则做废。
我想用H1b and H4 come back to U.S. after landing Canada.
my question is :
#1: which one should I use to re-enter U.S. ? AP or H1B? which one is better in my case?
#2: if I use EAD re-enter U.S. , does this mean that my H1B and my child's H4 will automatically invalid even it is still in process? or EAD and H1B are totally two separeated thing and they do not affect each other?
