Just want to ask about the labor certificate denial. Labor certificate was denied and the reason was : need to set wider qualification criteria. Lawyer has submitted the appeal. Anyone has any idea if it's possible to win the appeal? Anyone has same experience? Will it be done at the Headquarter or reginal department of labor? Thanks a lot!!!
