My daughter's H-4 visa will expire on 08/18/08, and her visa annotation is
my hu*****and, his H-1 will expire on June 30/08, now it is in processing, so we are thinking whether she can use my H-1B to pass the customer portal when landing, or we must go PP to get my hu*****and visa approved ASAP,
his H1B was received at California Center on 05/08 at cap exempt unit, anyone has experiences with this unit, please help, how long will it take to process it at that unit? Thanks.
