I have two questions regarding the second extension of B2 for my mother.
The first extension was filed in Dec last year and is still pending. The requested extended date on the first application is July 4, 2008.
Two questions regarding the second extension for her to stay till Jan 4, 2009.
1) expiration date for her I-94. Should it be the original date which was Jan 4, 2008 on the I-94 or should we enter July 4, 2008 (which was requested date in the first extension).
2) For part 3 (processing information: Is this application based on a separate petition or application to give your spouse, child or parent an extension or change of status?) Should we answer yes because of the first extension? Otherwise, how would CIS know that this is a second extension? Am I understanding it correctly?
