AOS or Vistor ? -- Current Immigration Status for I765 guahaoba2008-06-02 19:23:43

am filing I-765 to renew my EAD based on my pending I485. I am current in H4, and
have never used my previous EAD which will expire on September 24, 2008.
Should I use AOS or Vistor (H4) as the current immigration status? Thanks.
