Ask Pijiang please--B-2 extension is denied- can reapply? 刚刚返美2008-06-03 22:33:15

I just learned on the internet that my mother's application for B-2 extension to July 4,2008 was denied today. I understand that she has 30 days to leave for China.

Question: if she appeal the case, could she stay in the U.S. while appealing the case?
