I have a question regarding AC21.
I changed a job after I-485 pending 180 days per AC21 rule. I have the following questions:
1. Do I need to send a letter to USICS right now or wait for RFE?
2. My lawyer from previous company asked to send a packet and wanted to charge $795. Is it too expensive?
3. If it's too expensive, can I do it myself? My current employer doesn't want to pick up the costs. I think it is simple and just send a letter to USICS to explain the job responsibility is same or similiar to that of previous job. Anyone has a sample letter to share?
