我是F-1学生doing cancer research,去年七月跟风申请了NIW at NSC center, 现在收到RFE。 我的背景不太强，下个月Ph.D答辩。现在他们让我提供 citation 证据和establish a past record of specific prior achievement that justifies projections of future benefit to the national interest 。但我只有两篇2nd and 3rd 的文章，一些 conference abstracts 的 。这个月submit two more papers 。Citations 不太多(2 only)。你们觉的我的背景是不是很弱？你们觉得我应该怎么应对？
如果我 withdraw 我的申请，那我的 OPT/H1 申请会不会受影响？我的工作找的差不多了，我是不是应该让公司申请 O-1 ？非常谢谢啊
