My I-140 NIW was approved from TSC this April. I am a F1 student now and will graduate on the end of this month. My question is can I submit my I-485 now or It is better to hold it until I find a position? If I fill I-485 now, it is possible that I will need to transfer it to a different service center after I find a position.
