To Dear All of You
I submitted 485 last Aug and 140 has been approved this Feb, through NIW. I have advance parol and EAD. Since my girlfriend holds OPT and she wants to start career in HK.
Could anyone of you out there answer me some simple questions:
1) When can I put her into my application for GC? how about EAD and AP?
2) If I also start to work in hongkong and come back once a year to renew AP, will that affect my application, how serious will it be?
3) should I pay U.S. Tax when I am working in HongKong with 485 pending?
