Question:Job Change with H-1B renew by old employer pending? warren2008-06-17 20:14:10

Hi, can anybody help me on this?

My case is I-485 pending over 180 days. I have EAD as back up.
I want to continue my H-1B status. my H-1B will expire at 10/2008, my old employer is renewing for me and the renew is pending.

Now I want to change job and keep H-1B status. My new employer agree to
transfer H-1B

My question is:

a. Can I change job at this H-1B pending period?
b. if I change job, will my old employer's renew still effective?
c. will USCIS cancle or deny my H-1B renew because I change the employer?
d. Can old employer cancle my H-1B renew?
