I called 1-800 service center on 7/7/04, and asked them to send a inquiry to TSC for checking my pending I-140 case. Today, I got a notice from TSC. The message is:

"the status of this service request is:
This inquiry will be forwarded to the supervisor in charge of that unit"

What does this mean?
