About I-140 Wfinder2004-07-24 21:08:57

I found from the online case checking website that it still shows "it will take 400 to 450 days to process this kind of case ...." as before.
But the notice date of my I-140 is April 22, 2003 which is before May 6, 2003 the processing date of TSC.

Are there any friends who know what is going on in such a situation?
