2005年的case(PD 2003),配偶的已经批了, 前不久filed 了Ombudsman regarding the delay in my case, got a letter today says" XXX service center informed the office that the Form I-485 is missing evidence, including evidence of your ability to qualify for Section 245(i), Legal Immigraion Family Equility Act (LIFE ACT), the xxx center will be sending you a request for evidence, we do not know when an officer will be mailling the RFE..."
我查了一下"Section 245(i)" 好象是关于illegal aliens entering the country without inspection, 我们的case 是EB2 based的, 好象跟这个一点也不沾边, 怎么会是算到Section 245(i)的?
CIS是不是搞的太离谱了?
