我们的 485 cases 于 06/2007送到了local.Infopass 告知 t-file 还没有从 NSC送到local.请问什么是t-file？ 一般来说需要多久从NSC送到local? 另外，我们要到另一个州去了。在这种情况下，怎么操作比较好？
