I have read pjiang's blog but still confused about what should I do now. Here is the situation.

Last July, my then boyfriend and I filed green card application separately. I filed EB2 NIW. He filed Perm EB3. My I-140 has been approved. Now I'm waiting for Pai Qi. We just got married last month. And since he was born in Canada, I read somewhere that we don't have to wait for Pai Qi. Can anyone tell me in detail how this works?
