Eb1b-I140 submitted Texax Nov 2007, why still waiting now? 2226662008-07-10 20:43:00

Dear all,

I submitted Eb1b-I140 to Texas center in Nov 2007. I hear that for Eb1b we don't have to wait. But everytime I check my status, it shows: Current Status-Case received and pending. Very anxious now. Anyone have the same situation? thanks for helping.
