The letter from USCIS doesn't mention the depart time, such as 10 or 30 days. Just say that from now on the stay is illegal. I checked the related email in this site. Anyone has clearer answer for my questions:

1)the illegal stay should be counted from the date of denial or the date receive the letter. If they leave right now, is there any effect for their future visa application and green card application in China?

2)Our valid I-94 issued to Oct2007, since there is no valid I-94 after that, is the stay in between these dates legal?

3)If we apply for Green card for them in US, just pay penalty ($1000) or so, the over stay has no effect for them to get green card?

Thank you so much, we're looking forward to your advice.
