fee about renewing EAD under c9 xuan992008-07-11 19:31:05

I was confused by so many categories posted on the I-765 instructions. I applied my first EAD octorber 2007, and got approved on November. Now I need to renew the card, should I pay the fee or the fee is waived? MY category is C9, and I applied the card alone ( not with I-485).
