Thanks for your following answer. I really appreciate it. Two more questions.

Is parole status the same as AOS?

I applied H1 transfer because I don't want to use EAD to become AOS/parolee(just in case sth wrong with I485, then I am still have H1 status) . However, by your following answer. If I leave US after H1 transfer is approved, then use AP to come back. My status will still be AOS/parolee. Is that mean that it's meaningless for me to do the H1 transfer? What's the difference between AOS/parolee with new H1 vs. AOS/parolee using EAD?

Thanks!

My Question 1.
By extending/transfer H1B, we can change parolee status to nonimmigration status. What's if we don't need extend/transfer H1b after using AP, how our status will change from parolee to nonimmigration?

Pijiang teacher's answer: - No, your parole status will continue, even its I-94 expires, until I-485 has been adjudicated, or H/L is reinstated
