I suggest all of us who are suffered by this VB retrogression to write to Obama. This might sounds funny or unrealistic. However, if you noticed president debate, he is the only one ever mentioned legal immigrant's right. I watched on of his debates. I was soooooo surprised that someone would ever brought our legal immigrant's right to the campaign. If we all write to him about this unfair visa number allocation issue, might have some positive effect for legal immigrants, especially for Chinese who have been treated sooooo unfairly over the years.
Another good impact for us might be lower the chance of passing illegal immigrant bill.
