I485 pending (with previous employer), got AP and EAD already. I left US and need to go back for a business trip, so planning on applying for B1 visa now. With my pending I485, I am concerned that my B1 visa might be rejected. Could someone pls advise what should I do now to give up that pending I485? If I don't give up that I485, what are the chances that my visa will be rejected? thanks!
