I used AP, but 140 and 485 may deny soon, I am going to extend my H1, my formal H1approval will expire at the end of 2009. Did anyone have such experience? what date should my H1 extension start? If I file with my family by premium process, where should I file? Last time it is in Vermont. Thank you very much.
