Pjiang please help - any risk to change job 180 after filing I4 badashanren2008-07-15 00:52:10

My PD is current and I have an offer in my hand. My I140 was aproved last year and my I485 was filed last August (over 10 months now). If I change my job in 2-3 weeks, is there any risk?
